Terms of Service
The Furniture Barn charges the following for deliveries:
Free In-store Pickup
Free Local Driveway Delivery (within 30 miles)
In-Home Delivery (within 50 miles)
Pickups are available between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. Weekend pick up is available by appointment.
Please make arrangements by calling during business hours within 3 business days after you have been notified the order has arrived. Pickup must be made within 2 weeks.
Once merchandise is received, the guest has 3 days to report any damage to the items.
A 25% restocking fee will be accessed for all returns. Refunds will be processed in a timely manner in the same method they were received. Refunds paid in cash at time of purchase will be returned by a corporate check. Funds received by a gift card will be returned with “in store” credit.
The Furniture Barn must be notified before returning any merchandise bought online. If The Furniture Barn has to pick up your merchandise and upon inspection there has been damage or misuse there will be a fee of $70.00 for pick up.
Clearance and “AS IS” sales are final. NO refunds. NO returns. NO guarantees. NO exchanges.
Drop-ship or Ashley Express accessories are items purchased by the customer through The Furniture Barn, but mailed directly to the customer from the manufacturer. These items are eligible to be returned, but should be returned to The Furniture Barn, not the manufacturer. A 25% restocking fee is accessed for all Ashley Express or drop-ship orders.
Delivery charges and fees will not be refunded.
The Furniture Barn follows all manufacturers warranty policies. Please contact store for any additional questions.
Guest has 3 days to cancel an order once they have placed an order online. If the guest needs to cancel an order after the 3 day cancellation policy we will charge a 25% cancellation policy.
